Join our selection committee and help shape the 2026 Nursing Awards

Every day, nurses across British Columbia improve care and strengthen their communities in countless ways. The NNPBC Nursing Awards were created to recognize and celebrate those extraordinary contributions — and we’re inviting you to help us do just that.

NNPBC is seeking members to join the Selection Committee for the 2026 Nursing Awards. As part of this committee, you’ll play a vital role in reviewing nominations and selecting award recipients who embody nursing excellence, leadership and innovation across the province.

We are committed to ensuring diverse representation across all four nursing designations (RN, LPN, RPN, NP), as well as from different regions, practice settings and career stages. Indigenous nurses and those from equity-deserving communities are strongly encouraged to apply.

Committee members must be current NNPBC members and available in February 2026 to:

• Participate in a 1-hour committee orientation
• Complete a full review of nominations over a three-week period that month

By joining, you’ll gain a behind-the-scenes look at the breadth and depth of nursing in BC, and contribute directly to the recognition of your peers.
